4. Payment Terms: All payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Failure to clear the payment within the specified time frame will result in legal action and may incur additional fees or penalties.

Legal Responsibility: Ayar Enterprises shall not be held responsible for any legal issues arising from the content or design of the customized products. It is the client's sole responsibility to ensure that the content and design comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and copyrights. The client shall indemnify Ayar Enterprises against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from any legal issues related to the customized products.
Timeframe: Customized work requires sufficient time to be completed to meet the client's requirements. The specific timeframe for each project will be communicated to the client upon discussing the project details. Ayar Enterprises will make every effort to meet the agreed-upon deadline, but any delay due to unforeseen circumstances or changes requested by the client may extend the delivery time.
Advance Payment: A minimum of 70% of the total payment for the customized products shall be paid in advance before the commencement of the design work. The remaining 30% shall be paid upon delivery of the final product. Ayar Enterprises reserves the right to withhold delivery until full payment has been received.
Correction and Changes: The client is entitled to a maximum of 10 rounds of corrections or changes to the design. Additional rounds of corrections or changes may incur additional charges at the discretion of Ayar Enterprises. It is recommended that the client provides clear and detailed instructions for each design revision to ensure efficient and accurate results.
Design Specifications: If the client requires a specific design, such as particular color codes, size, or any other specific details, it is the client's responsibility to provide such information at the beginning of the project. Ayar Enterprises will make every effort to accommodate the client's specifications, but the client must ensure that all necessary details are clearly communicated and confirmed in writing.
Usage of Artwork: If any artwork provided by Ayar Enterprises includes human images, brand logos, names, icons, or any other copyrighted or trademarked materials, the client assumes full responsibility for obtaining the necessary permissions, licenses, or usage rights for such materials. Ayar Enterprises shall not be liable for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from the client's use of the customized products.
By engaging Ayar Enterprises for the design and production of customized products, the client acknowledges and agrees to the above terms and conditions.
We understand that Ayar Enterprises is registered with the government MSME program under UDYAM Registration Number UDYAM-MH-19-0065761. As a registered MSME, Ayar Enterprises may be eligible for certain benefits, incentives, or schemes provided by the government for micro, small, and medium enterprises.
